Senior Tax Manager

Overview :

Our client, a well-established and reputable organization, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join their dynamic finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about tax compliance and planning and is looking to contribute to a growing and innovative company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the tax function, ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and international tax regulations.
• Coordinate the preparation and review of federal, state, and international tax returns for the organization, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Provide tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax positions for the company.
• Monitor and analyze changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure the organization’s tax strategies remain in compliance and up to date.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, legal, and accounting to provide tax-related guidance and support for various business initiatives.
• Manage and liaise with external tax advisors, auditors, and government agencies to ensure smooth tax audits and compliance processes.
• Review and prepare tax provision calculations and ensure accurate reporting for financial statements.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
• Assist in the management of tax risk, ensuring appropriate controls and processes are in place to mitigate exposure.
