Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and manage public construction projects ranging from $5M to $50M. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Oversee all phases of construction, from pre-construction to project closeout. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals. Manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders effectively. Monitor site safety and compliance with all regulations and standards. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues. Analyze project performance and implement improvements as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager - Public Projects $5M - $50M should have :

• Strong experience managing large-scale public construction projects.
• Proven ability to oversee budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
