Supplier Quality Specialist

Description

What are your contributions to the team?

• Perform source inspection at the supplier to evaluate the quality of systems components
• Lead quality review with suppliers
• Request detailed corrective actions to the supplier for repetitive issues
• Evaluate the overall quality supplier performance
• Initiate corrective actions request for repetitive issues
• Provide visibility on the open actions & follow-up (Powerpoint presentation) to management

How to thrive in this role?

Additional Key Skills :

ASQ certification, 6 Sigma

Experience in Quality Assurance

Aerospace experience is a plus, but not neccesary

High (demonstrated) problem solving capability

Root cause analysis

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

Project management skills in quality
