Quality Engineer
Title : Quality Engineer :
Contract Duration : 6 months
Location : Durham, NC
Pay : $50-$55 / HR W2 Only
Main Responsibilities :
- Nonconformance report (NCR) author and approval - will help write problem statements and product dispositions, conduct preliminary investigations, and ensure proper containment plans are executed
- Equipment qualification report approval - will review / approve executed protocols and reports, verify acceptance reqs are met and deviations are justified, ensure GDP is met, and responsible for equipment calibration out-of- tolerance evaluations and approvals
- Batch Record review and approval - for both reagent batch records and QC workbooks, ensure acceptance requirements and GDP met, identify discrepancies to established validated process
- Experienced with IQ, OQ, PQ requirements (note : IQ and OQ is more in play in terms of experience and volume)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - will be providing weekly status reports, escalating issues on risk based criteria, lead cross-functional team through daily operational activities.
Must be able to communicate effectively & clearly to both engineering and operator level employees
