Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent 5+ years of design / development experience in Ricoh Process Director 5+ years of development experience in Linux with shell scripting and cron 5+ years of experience with Java Scripting Excellent verbal and written communications skills Working knowledge of DB2 and SQL Working knowledge of PDF, AFP and PCL print formats
Responsibilities
- Work with stake holders and development teams to create new workflows and control files in Ricoh Process Director based on requirements
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting for system related issues
- Provide BAU support for business partners and ensure quality for daily production activity
