Sylva Valley Health and Rehab, a 106 bed facility, located in beautiful Sylva, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as the Director of Nursing. This is an excellent opportunity to join the new management team in improving the lives of those we serve. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility in the North Carolina, will lead the staff and residents in a servant manner, and strive for quality care and outcomes on a daily basis. BSN preferred however years of experience may substitute for the BSN. This position is supported by an ADON, MDS, Unit Managers, and a weekend supervisor.
