Every day, new customers sign up to explore Corefact's products and services. As a Customer Experience Representative in our Onboarding Group, you'll be their first point of contact helping them understand how Corefact can simplify their marketing and elevate their business. You'll guide, educate, and inspire new customers from their very first order, ensuring they feel supported and empowered every step of the way. Your goal? Turn new customers into lifelong Corefact fans.

Welcome new customers and align their needs to Corefact's products and programs.

Guide customers through placing their first (and second!) orders with ease.

Conduct engaging product demos that showcase real value and time savings.

Follow up with customers in their second and third months to build long-term relationships.

Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers reach their business goals through Corefact's solutions.

Customers feel confident, supported, and excited to grow with Corefact.

You've helped hundreds of agents streamline their marketing and boost results.

The customer base grows faster than ever thanks to your proactive outreach.

You've built genuine connections that turn first-time buyers into Corefact advocates.

Experience in real estate, print marketing, or consultative sales.

A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills.

Comfort with technology and virtual presentations.

Knowledge of print materials (paper types, finishes, presentation) is a plus.
