Process Engineering Manager

The Process Engineering Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the design, implementation, and optimization of production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. This role involves leading a team of engineers, analyzing production data to identify and solve problems, and collaborating with other departments to ensure processes are effective and meet company goals. Key responsibilities include developing process improvement strategies, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role may have direct leadership of process engineers, manufacturing engineers, and tool room machinists. Kurt Manufacturing is looking for a results-driven, strategic Process Engineering Manager who leads teams, improves processes, and drives efficiency, quality, and safety across our operations. Shift / Hours : 1st Shift 6 : 00 a.m. - 2 : 30 p.m. Monday - Friday. Compensation : The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $104,000 to $139,000. The exact salary may be determined on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.

100% employee owned, Kurt Die Casting is a division of Kurt Manufacturing and located near Minneapolis, MN. Employees at our die casting facility can gain experience in multiple areas of manufacturing including aluminum and zinc die casting, CNC machining, automation, and quality control. We have over 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space with the capacity and capability to service a diverse set of customers and industries. Kurt Die Casting features 20 CNC machining centers and 15 die casting machines ranging in size from 500 to 1,200 tons. Many of the castings we produce feature challenging designs that require secondary operations such as machining, finishing and assembly.
