Recruiting Coordinator
Zions Bancorporation is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our dynamic Recruiting team at the Zions Bancorporation Technology Center in Midvale, Utah.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a key role in our talent acquisition efforts, working closely with our team of top-notch recruiters to identify, attract, engage, and hire exceptional candidates who will help drive our organization's success. The Recruiting Coordinator will be joining a collaborative team with a strong culture of support, hard work, and excellence.

Responsibilities :
- Scheduling interviews and arranging occasional candidate travel
- May assist with a variety of recruiting duties such as writing job descriptions, posting jobs, screening resumes and communicating with candidates
- Sourcing for qualified candidates
- May support college recruiting team with career fair, interview and intern hiring coordination
- Assist candidates with online application issues and password resets
- Interact daily with internal departments, colleagues, leaders, internal candidates and external candidates
- May process paperwork to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company, legal and / or government requirements
- Provide general clerical / administrative support which may include working with Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
- Assist with other departmental duties as needed
Qualifications :
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentEffective time management skillsGreat relationship management skills and ability to work with all levels of management and candidatesBasic knowledge of the recruiting function, systems, policies and proceduresRequires knowledge of common Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPointMust have excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with an applicant tracking system is a plusCandidate sourcing experience is a plusRequires a high school degree or equivalent and 1+ years of HR, recruiting or other directly related experienceA combination of education and experience may meet requirementsWork Location :
