Leader Of Financial Planning And Analysis

The leader of financial planning and analysis is a key member of the finance leadership team responsible for leading the company's FP&A function. This individual will bring strategic financial oversight and operational excellence to support scalable growth within a private equity-backed CRO.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with corporate, commercial, and business unit leadership and CFO to develop integrated business and financial plans, annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and business performance reviews.
• Prepare financial materials for PE sponsors, lenders, and board presentations.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models that support strategic decision-making.
• Drive the development of standardized reporting and operational KPIs across global operations.
• Support commercial teams in pipeline forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin optimization.
• Provide financial modeling and analytical support to M&A activities.
• Oversee development of systems and processes to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide leadership and oversight to other members of the FP&A team.
