Executive Assistant – 3-Month Temp-to-Hire

LHH is partnering with a fast-paced, global organization to hire a highly skilled Executive Assistant on a 3-month temp-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who thrives in managing executive priorities, complex travel, and strategic projects in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do :
- Manage and prioritize dynamic executive calendars across global teams.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership offsites, and special events.
- Prepare briefing documents, track action items, and provide on-site support for meetings.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and real-time adjustments.
- Prepare expense reports, manage purchase orders, and ensure smooth use of internal systems and technology.
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects across Finance, HR, and business leadership teams.
- Mentor and collaborate with other administrative staff, sharing best practices and ensuring alignment across the team.
What We’re Looking For :
5+ years supporting executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.Proven experience managing global calendars and multi-leg international travel.Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to create and edit executive-level presentations.Strong judgment, discretion, and professional presence.Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.Leadership qualities to mentor peers and contribute to team development.Additional Details :
