Job Summary
Directly responsible for overseeing the daily operation and management of the IPS Admin Department. Ensures work procedures comply as described by controlled procedures and processes. Advanced knowledge of processes and procedures for the administrative support of Individual Patient Solution products. Responsible for overseeing additional support needed for KLS Martin Manufacturing, to include but not limited to Purchasing activities.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Manages overall priorities for the IPS Administrative team.
- Performs all essential IPS Admin duties and responsibilities which includes, but not limited to IPS Case creations in SAP, invoicing and Purchasing duties.
- Coordinates training and development with the IPS Admin team.
- Ensures training and performance evaluations are documented.
- Leads and executes process improvement activities.
- Use of SAP for transactional requirements.
- Manages employee time and attendance.
- Executes organizational staffing and changes.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Educational and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.Two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficient user of Microsoft Office applicationsUse of SAP preferred but not requiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Adhere and support KLS Martin's quality and safety policies and procedures.Ability to retrieve and interpret documentation.Able to work in a team setting and independently under minimum supervisionStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels internally as well as externally.Problem solving & Decision Making / Adaptability & FlexibilityHigh level of customer service displaying positive attitude.Skill Requirements
