Lifeline SIM helps eligible individuals access free and low-cost wireless service through the federal Lifeline program. As an Enrollment Specialist, you’ll help customers activate service using their own phones or optional upgrade devices — making a real difference while earning performance-based income.
Responsibilities :
- Enroll eligible customers for Lifeline SIM service.
- Conduct outreach in community events and public spaces.
- Verify documents and assist with SIM activation.
- Offer device upgrades and wallet activations.
- Maintain accurate enrollment logs and compliance standards.
