Job Description

Lifeline SIM helps eligible individuals access free and low-cost wireless service through the federal Lifeline program. As an Enrollment Specialist, you’ll help customers activate service using their own phones or optional upgrade devices — making a real difference while earning performance-based income.

Responsibilities :

• Enroll eligible customers for Lifeline SIM service.
• Conduct outreach in community events and public spaces.
• Verify documents and assist with SIM activation.
• Offer device upgrades and wallet activations.
• Maintain accurate enrollment logs and compliance standards.

Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass a background check Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in underserved, low-income, or rural communities Able to use a smartphone or tablet for mobile data entry Willingness to attend remote onboarding & training sessions Consistent access to internet, phone, and transportation (for field roles) Reliable transportation required for field roles Comfortable with performance-based compensation (no base salary) 1099 Contractor Status Bilingual or multilingual preferred but not required Able to work independently and hit lead submission goals
