Position

The Maintenance Supervisor for the Facilities Department oversees the maintenance and facilities operations for the Downtown Denver campus and outlying program locations. This includes overseeing Maintenance Technician I and II, administering and directing both preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and ensuring the welfare, comfort, and safety of clients, visitors, and staff through the maintenance, repair, operation, and modification of all agency buildings and grounds. This role focuses on enhancing property value through the effective management of maintenance tasks, equipment and projects, including working with vendors. The Maintenance Supervisor also works with the leadership team to manage the property's maintenance budget and expenditures.
