Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development : Formulate and execute national sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets across Canada, aligning with seasonal campaigns and channel priorities.
• Sales Execution : Implement and manage sales strategies across retail and distribution channels to maximize product placement and promotion effectiveness.
• Contract Negotiation : Lead contract negotiations with large-scale customers and distribution partners, securing favorable terms for volume deals, pricing, and promotional commitments.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization : Monitor key sales metrics, analyze market trends, and provide actionable, data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and inform decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with local and global teams to ensure alignment on regional initiatives, product launches, and inventory planning.
• Growth Opportunity Identification : Research, evaluate, and act on new sales channels, partnerships, and customer segments to increase market share and drive revenue.
• Additional Responsibilities : Undertake other duties and special projects as required.
