Job Description

Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project. Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.

The Successful Applicant

A strong background in construction management, specifically within the industrial and manufacturing sectors. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders. A proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
