The Club at Los Gatos is looking for a Swim Instructor!
Job Duties :
Under general supervision, plans, schedules, and implements swimming and water safety instructional programs for a diverse range of participants;
plans and delivers age-appropriate and skill-focused lessons based upon participant abilities.
Safety training for coaches or lifeguard certification including CPR, first aid, and AED. Ability to motivate adult athletes in a positive manner.
Demonstrated proficiency in teaching stroke development, stroke correction, and proper technique. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to make clear recommendations and decisions
Compensation is commensurate with applicant’s job qualifications.
