Pennsylvania Licensed Reimbursement Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Reimbursement Services who will oversee the Reimbursement Services team and manage reimbursement methodologies for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee analysis and planning of industry reimbursement changes and physician fee adjustments

Ensure timely processing of problem claims and evaluate provider-specific payment waivers

Lead implementation of predictive modeling tools and provide consultative support on reimbursement strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; Business Administration / Healthcare Management preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience managing people, processes, or projects

Certification as a Professional Coder or Risk Adjustment Coder from AAPC

Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certification preferred
