Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Utility Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Unity-based simulation development. This role involves creating advanced, real-time simulations to support engineering, training, or infrastructure modeling within the utility sector. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in C#, experience with physics-based simulations, and familiarity with VR and AI technologies.

You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining interactive simulations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain utility-focused simulations using Unity and C#
• Integrate physics, AI, and VR technologies to create immersive systems
• Perform real-time performance tuning and debugging
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams
• Guide and support junior engineers through code reviews and technical mentoring
