Position Overview :

As part of the talented Freedom Boat Club Operations team the dockside Fleetio Maintenance Technician troubleshoots and performs light maintenance on our fleet of vessels while assisting with executing the day-to-day operations of the Club. We are looking for customer-focused friendly and upbeat individuals. This position is full-time and requires availability on weekdays weekends and holidays.

Essential Functions :

• Troubleshoot and perform light maintenance on vessels
• Own the process of entering and updating the Fleetio software
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
• Anticipate and address guests service needs
• Speak with others using clear and professional language
• Make and answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette
• Support team to reach common goals
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors

The anticipated pay rate for this position is $15 / hr.
