• Requirements Comfortable working at heights, on roofs, and in attics Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 50+ pounds overhead Must observe OSHA and Energy Harbor Safety Procedures at all times Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail Valid Driver’s License Reliable means of transportation Responsibilities Work with a crew to install solar panels on residential and commercial roofs Prepare, load, and organize installation vehicles daily Maintain a clean and safe job site Interact with homeowners and customers in a polite, professional manner Preferred Skills Prior solar installation education or experience is a plus Previous experience in roofing, electrical work, or construction trades Comfortable working in fast-paced environments Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Desire to contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment Powered by JazzHR
