Microsoft AI Monetization is building the future of responsible, intelligent monetization—empowering customers, partners, and developers through innovative platforms that are privacy‑resilient, data‑informed, and deeply customer‑centric. Our organization spans a wide range of monetization experiences and infrastructure, including advertising, publisher, measurement, identity, privacy, and CRM / martech solutions.

Senior Product Marketing Manager : We are looking for an experienced marketer to lead customer listening, go‑to‑market strategy, positioning, and adoption for key areas within our Publisher and Platform portfolio. This role covers products such as Microsoft Clarity, Microsoft Monetize, Microsoft Curate, third‑party DSP integrations, privacy and identity solutions, and CRM / martech solutions.

This strategic, high‑impact position sits at the intersection of product, customer, and market. You will partner with product management, sales, and marketing to shape product direction, craft compelling value propositions, and drive adoption through thoughtful go‑to‑market execution. You’ll bring clarity to complexity, advocate for customer needs, and help define how Microsoft delivers value to our customers and partners.

Passionate about building scalable, customer‑centric platforms? We’d love to hear from you.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and organization to achieve more. Each day we build a culture of inclusion, fostering respect, integrity, and accountability to help everyone thrive at work and beyond.

Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI employees who live within a 50‑mile commute of a designated U.S. office or a 25‑mile commute of a non‑U.S. location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.

Partner with field teams to engage directly with clients, synthesize feedback, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Conduct competitive analysis to assess market dynamics, identify Microsoft’s differentiation, and anticipate business implications. Drive the development of insights from user research, industry trends, and market signals to influence product and business decisions.
  • Product Positioning, Messaging & Value Proposition : Define and evolve differentiated product positioning and value propositions that resonate with customer needs and business outcomes. Develop clear, compelling messaging frameworks supported by proof points and aligned across internal stakeholders. Enable partner teams with client‑facing narratives and assets, and contribute to marquee product launches through blog posts, event presentations, and other storytelling formats.
  • Go‑to‑Market Strategy & Execution : Lead cross‑functional teams to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies that drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact. Set clear goals and success metrics, and orchestrate marketing and sales motions across channels. Plan and deliver high‑impact launch strategies, leveraging key industry moments and first‑party events to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Enablement & Scaling : Ensure internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Learning & Development—are equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively communicate our roadmap, positioning, and value. Lead strategic training sessions and develop scalable enablement materials that drive clarity, confidence, and excitement around product offerings.
  • Growth Mindset & Inclusive Innovation : Champion a culture of continuous learning and inclusive thinking. Proactively seek feedback from diverse customers and stakeholders to uncover new opportunities and reduce bias in AI‑driven products.
