Your Day-to-Day :

Diagnose, treat, and manage patients across various care settings

Order labs, imaging & refer specialists as needed

Prescribe safe and effective medications

Counsel patients on lifestyle & health improvements

Document with precision and comply with privacy laws

Work closely with a team dedicated to quality care

We’re Looking For :

• ️ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Palliative Care / Hospice
• ️ MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
• ️ Active NY medical license (DEA / DPS can be obtained during credentialing)
• ️ Passion for patient-centered care & teamwork
