This is a third shift position which includes an 12% added pay differential .

Provide Operations Engineering support to the Circuit Card Assembly Factory located in Andover, MA. Primary responsibilities will be to support the Operation of Conformal Coating Process lines. This includes automated and programable equipment , for multiple products, and multiple coating types. Additional responsibilities include process improvement, cycle time reduction, defect prevention and operator support. Role requires participation in process improvement initiatives, establishment of process base line metrics, SPC implementation, Defect prevention, and process data analysis.

What You Will Do

• Creating and overseeing projects using risk management techniques
• Translating engineering design requirements into formal manufacturing process documentation
• Computer and machine programming for manufacturing automation
• Dispositioning of discrepant production hardware
• Leading root cause and corrective action investigations to solve problems and prevent recurrence
• Participate in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives using Lean Manufacturing methodology
• Manufacturing process development and support
• Conducting safety, job hazard, and / or ergonomic assessments
• Interaction with senior personnel on technical matters that often requires coordination between organizations and / or suppliers.
• Tool / fixture development to drive ergonomics and reductions in cost and / or defects.

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
