THE ROLE

Our site in Bedford, MA is seeking a / an Production Engineer Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

The Production Engineering Co-Op Position will support sustaining and quality assurance activities for manufacturing products and support continuous improvement projects to drive process efficiency and reduce quality inquiries.

What You'll Do

• Support product quality initiatives.
• Support root cause investigations of manufacturing excursions and out-of-control conditions by identifying gaps in processes, performing experiments, determining sources of variation, and implementing permanent corrective actions.
• Reduce variation in product and process parameters by identifying key contributors to variation.
• Make data driven decisions to support product quality, efficiency, and throughput.
• Support qualification for new, improved, or changed processes.
• Support capacity growth through equipment improvements and process qualifications.
• Support machine breakdown by providing hands on assistance and guidance to remedy and correct issues.
