Requirements : Responsibilities :

  • Set up desk phones and image devices to Windows 11, streamlining deployments and user onboarding.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management, asset tracking, and documentation to enhance IT operations.
  • Assist in IT projects, including system upgrades, process improvements, and security enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair computer hardware and peripheral equipment malfunctions and resolve issues in a minimally disruptive manner.
  • Configure and deploy iOS, Android, and Windows devices using Microsoft Intune, ensuring compliance with security standards.
  • Review assigned tickets in the ticketing system; prioritizing, documenting, and communicating appropriately.
  • Adhere to IT policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Communicate issues or potential risks to management, end-users, and IT staff.
  • Provide Tier 2 support for supported systems and infrastructure.
  • Establish and foster ongoing relationships with assigned groups.
  • Other Requirements :

  • Onsite M-F 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm CT
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to complete a background check and drug screening successfully
