Maintain a positive, structured learning environment that promotes the intellectual and emotional growth of students. Evaluate student performance and provide feedback aimed at enhancing their educational attainment. Collaborate with parents and school staff to maximize the effectiveness of student learning and wellbeing. Implement classroom and behavioral management strategies that maintain an orderly environment conducive to learning. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
