CoolToday is currently seeking Sales Lead Coordinators to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.
Our Sales Lead Coordinators are an integral part of our team as they are one of the first impressions of our company to our customers by scheduling sales appointments, ensuring our schedules are big properly managed, calling to confirm sales appointments and processing many different types of paperwork.
Bilingual is a plus but not required

Responsibilities : What Will I Do?
What Will I Do?
- Provide all clients with a 5-Star experience!
- Fo llow up on open proposals to convert proposals into sold work
- Ensure all actions are in alignment with company core values.
- Outbound dial to schedule Sales appointments
- Complete email and text communication with perspective clients
- Enter complete perspective client date into CRM
- Schedule Sales appointments for all locations via phone and email
- Call customers to confirm sales appointments
- Ensure sales appointments are filled each day by continuously reviewing the schedule and maintaining flexible client lists
- Reassign and reschedule sales appointments as needed to drive revenue generation
- Provide field support with paperwork processing as needed
- Work with install Managers to address scheduling bottlenecks or issues
Qualifications :
Do I Have What It Takes?
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years experience in Office Administration, Appointment Scheduling or Dispatch
- Excellent organizational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to cultivate existing relationship while farming for new ones
- Ability to close SALES!
- Experience with Service Titan a plus
- Ability to balance multiple priorities at one time
- Experience working with customers and providing outstanding service
- IMPORTANT to have Flexibility with evening and weekend work hours as needed
- HVAC knowledge is a plus
