Job Title : Sorting Team Lead
Location : 925 Freeport Parkway, Dallas, TX
Work Schedule : 12 : 00 PM - End of Shift (Full-time)
Pay Range : $23 - $25 per hour
Openings : 1
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage a small warehouse team and train new employees
- Supervise job responsibilities and performance evaluation of warehouse staff
- Coordinate with DSP and follow up on warehouse issues and urgent matters
- Handle order picking, warehouse organization, and safety issues
- Optimize layout flow and continuously improve business processes
