Job Title : Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are excited to add a new Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to our team. This hybrid role blends order processing, customer support, and light account management to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.
You will proactively reach out to existing customers to strengthen relationships, provide helpful updates, and identify opportunities to better serve their needs. This is not a cold-calling position; instead, it’s about building on established relationships with current accounts.
We are implementing HubSpot to help streamline account management and communication. The right candidate will be organized, self-sufficient, and comfortable working in both HubSpot and our ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders via email and phone.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving questions and ensuring orders are accurate and timely.
- Conduct friendly, proactive outreach to existing customers via phone and email (courtesy check-ins, updates, and soft sales approach).
- Manage and maintain accurate customer information, notes, and tasks within HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to support shared goals and workload.
- Help maintain and grow a portfolio of existing accounts by providing consistent, reliable communication.
Qualifications
Prior customer service or inside sales experience preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with HubSpot a plus).Ability to learn and work with ERP systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated and able to work with limited direction.Bilingual skills (Spanish / English) are a plus but not required.Comfortable with AI tools as a productivity and efficiency enhancer is a plus.What We Offer
