Quality Inspector - Cable & Wire Harnesses - Level 2

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cable & Harness Inspector to support our team in Orange County. This is a part-time, first shift position, with a flexible schedule of 34 days per week on an as-needed basis . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cable and harness inspection, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Key Responsibilities

• Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections at one or more client suppliers in the Denton and surrounding areas.
• Ensure products meet quality and specification standards
• Verify safety wire orientation, correct turns, and pigtails as per specifications
• Confirm shipping documentation is legible and accurate (part number, serial number, etc.)
• Check documentation packages to industry standards and classify defects
• Interpret manufacturing drawings and identifying non-conformances
• Periodically verify accuracy and ensure productivity to meet production schedules
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area organized

50% hourly rate for any travel time ("p2p")

Mileage reimbursement at the US gov't rate ($0.70 per mile driven). Untaxed.
