A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - EMEA (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Ensure customers successfully integrate and utilize the product, maintaining their trust
Manage customer needs and priorities within enterprise organizations to align expectations
Field customer support requests and create / update documentation and training materials
Required Qualifications
A minimum of three years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting
Familiarity with APIs and experience interacting with them
Ability to understand organizational roles and craft narratives to align stakeholders
