Key Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle benefits administration and ensure compliance with regulations
Manage employee leave of absence cases and lead open enrollment processes
Administer the 401(k) plan and mentor a team of employees
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle benefits administration
Proficient in using Workday and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and 401(k) regulations
Experience supporting a company with 1,000+ employees
Expertise in managing open enrollment and collaborating with broker teams
