Professional Services Engineer

Job Description

Fortinet is growing and we are looking to hire Professional Services Engineers to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. The dedicated Professional Services consultant is assigned to the end user for the duration of this agreement. He / she will work with the end user to define the specific daily activities.

Job Responsibilities

The Professional Services Consultant daily activities include but are not limited to :

• Assisting client staff with day to day Fortinet products operation / support
• Development of methods of procedure (MOPs) for migrations, upgrades and updates
• Development of test plans and test new features and / or releases
• Verifying configurations and implementing best practices
• Performing interoperability evaluation of devices that interact with Fortinet products
• Training and knowledge transfer to client staff
• Develop and maintain core competency on Fortinet's product line and technologies
• Resolves and / or escalates issues in a timely fashion

Network Security Infrastructure - Switching, Routing, Load Balancing, WiFi
