Healthcare EDI Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define system enhancements

Create and maintain detailed EDI mapping documents focused on ANSI 837 healthcare claims

Analyze workflows and data exchange processes to recommend optimization opportunities

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role

Proven experience with ANSI X12 EDI standards, specifically the 837 transaction set

Solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare industry, including medical billing and claims processing

Ability to create clear and accurate functional specifications and EDI mapping documents

Experience with SQL and APIs for data integration is preferred
