Job descriptionDevelopment of a testing strategy and plans built from requirements elicited from business processes and technical teams to support the Workday deployment schedule. lign testing strategy and plans with the systems implementation team on the program timeline. Together with the systems implementation partner, manage and report the status of overall program execution of all phases of testing. Coordinate testing resources, including resources needed to prepare and accomplish integration testing with Legacy systems. Definition of the test environments and appropriate test date to test the software, including manually entered and data populated through automated loads. Ensure testing resources are aligned on scope, timing, and procedural expectations for every test cycle. ssess the company's readiness for testing automation and identify automated testing tools. Lead the implementation of tools if applicable to support software deployment.
Our is looking for a Workday Test Lead to join them. You will report to the Global HR Technology Manager and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora, NY , a suburb of Buffalo . To be considered for the Workday Test Lead, here's what you'll need to bring with you :
- bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent number of years of related work experience
- t least three years of experience in supporting the administration and testing of Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
- Experience in a full cycle Workday HCM implementation.
- Work experience in business process or IT, including project management experience in a global organization.
- Workday HCM Certification is a bonus!.
