Summary
Supervises all aspects of food production and service operations. Utilizes management principles to achieve service, outcome, and cost. Collaborates with director, coordinators, and team members to develop and monitor Impact Care. Performs TM functions to include interviewing, hiring, selecting, performance appraisals and disciplinary actions and terminations, scheduling, training, and payroll. Organizes the receiving, storing, rotating, and inventory of food and supplies to meet production and service requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.
