Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of project delivery, from estimating and scheduling to budgeting, procurement, and execution. The ideal candidate will manage field operations, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to schedule. This role requires serving as the primary client liaison, fostering trust and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of project delivery, including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution.
• Oversee field operations, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, fostering trust and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams to develop competitive bids and value-engineered solutions.
• Monitor project financials, change orders, and risk management strategies.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $86.53 - $96.15 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
