Property Site Caretaker

Accessible Space is a national nonprofit provider of high-quality accessible, affordable housing is seeking a Full-time experienced Property Caretaker to do maintenance and general upkeep for two apartment buildings in Kansas City, KS

Here's what you'll be doing :

• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
• Do all duties related to unit turnovers
• Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
• Implement required unit and building inspections
• Perform routine errands
• Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work
