Traditional Family Medicine | near Lincoln, NE | 300-325K Base, 1 Call Day / Month

An award-winning, 10-bed Critical-Access Hospital in Central Nebraska, just an hour from Lincoln, are seeking an FM physician to join their team and work a 4-day week with 1 call day per month.

The Position :

• Work alongside 3 experienced FM physicians and 5 APP's
• 4-day work week, Mon-Thurs
• Average of 15-20 PPD in clinic
• 1 call day per month covering the 4-bed ER and inpatient consults
• Compensation includes a Base Salary up to $325K, wRVU production allows for income exceeding $400K
• Sign-on of $50,000, Full Benefits + PTO, Retirement, CME, Relocation assistance
• Student Loan Repayment options up to $30K per year; state of Nebraska can match additional $30K per year
