Consultant Pharmacist (State Licensed)

A company is looking for a Consultant Pharmacist to provide expertise in pharmacy-related challenges and represent the clinical team in external discussions.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the organization in discussions with pharmacy management teams to address access challenges

Provide operational context to inform strategies for overcoming pharmacy and regulatory barriers

Advise on compliance strategies with regulatory agencies to ensure patient access

Required Qualifications

Licensed pharmacist with significant experience in pharmacy leadership or ownership, preferably in independent pharmacy management

Deep understanding of medication access challenges in substance use disorder care, particularly with buprenorphine

Proven track record of effective collaboration with the DEA and navigating regulatory requirements

Alignment with the mission to expand access to evidence-based treatment and compassionate care

Comfortable representing an organization externally
