We're in search of an experienced real estate agent (Senior Brokerage Partner) with a proven track record and an established book of business. Advanced Training : Refine your skills with our unique training programs, including Lipsey videos, proprietary simulation training, and direct feedback call sessions. Partner with our Managing Broker on transactions and pitches. Access to CoStar National, LoopNet, ArcGIS, Pipedrive, Matterport, and more. Achieve Senior Managing Partner status within 24 months. Benefit from our organizational support, including our Marketing, Research, and Administrative teams. Work from our main office next to Truist Park or choose from our other vibrant markets. Achieve personal commission goals through individual and team transactions. Engage in proactive client prospecting via calls, emails, and meetings, ensuring accurate reporting in Pipedrive CRM. Carve out an industry niche within our company verticals. Broker deals for both personal and DTSpade accounts. Experience : 5-7 years as a commercial real estate broker / agent or equivalent sales experience. Valid Salesperson license in Georgia or other relevant states. Proven success as a Tenant Rep and / or Landlord Rep. Deep understanding of one or more of our markets. Established industry contacts.
