About the Company : Our client is seeking an employment litigation attorney to join a dynamic team in the East Bay. This is a highly ranked regional law firm with an annual minimum billable hours target of approximately 1600.

About the Role : The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of employment litigation experience. The role will involve handling a diverse range of litigation including employment, class action and PAGA matters.

Responsibilities :

• Representing employers in court.
• Taking and defending key depositions and arguing motions in court.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Represent employers in arbitration, before administrative agencies, and during mediations.

Qualifications :

Pay Range and Compensation Package : This position provides a competitive base salary range of approximately $165,000-$195,000 and a lucrative bonus structure for hours billed in excess of the minimum.
