Georgia Licensed Clinical Pharmacy Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Programs to oversee and manage clinical pharmacy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide insights and recommendations for trend management and clinical effectiveness in pharmacy

Manage the pipeline of enterprise affordability projects and oversee the performance of active programs

Operationalize and maintain a clinically appropriate and cost-effective formulary through the management of the P&T committee

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD)

4+ years of experience in clinical pharmacy operations for PBM or Payer

4+ years of experience leading teams / projects and managing change

Residency Training (preferred)

Experience with formulary management and clinical policy development (preferred)
