Strategic Account Manager - Construction & Building Products
My client is seeking a dynamic Strategic Account Manager to join their growing team. This role involves 60% strategic account management and 40% new business development, focusing on growth within key vertical markets through branded experiences. You will work with high-profile national accounts and iconic brands to bring their vision to life in family entertainment environments.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow existing national accounts across verticals including sports arenas, education, museums, colleges, and family entertainment venues.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with a focus on branded and experiential design.
- Build strategic relationships within key accounts to deliver exceptional value.
- Lead brand activation projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to align product specifications with client brand goals.
- Present branded solutions to top-tier prospects such as sports teams, amusement parks, and corporate brands.
- Navigate specification-based sales processes in architectural and commercial design contexts.
- Represent branded product capabilities in industry outreach and engagements.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree required.Proven success in selling to and managing accounts, preferably within design-forward or experience-focused industries.Background in architectural, construction, or building materials verticals.Strong understanding of specification processes and working with architects / designers.A background in design is a major plus—creativity and translating brand identity into physical space are key.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for storytelling and brand expression.Highly motivated, self-starter attitude with strategic thinking skills.Note : This job is currently active and accepting applications.
