Tax Senior Manager

What You'll Do : ??
- Lead and manage complex tax compliance and advisory engagements for high net worth individuals, family groups, closely held businesses, and trusts.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships built on communication, trust, and deep technical expertise.
- Oversee the preparation and review of individual, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns.
- Research and analyze intricate federal and multi-state tax issues, delivering proactive tax planning and strategy.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to staff and senior accountants, fostering professional growth and accountability.
- Partner with firm leadership on engagement strategy, workflow, and billing management to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Who You Are :
4-7+ years of relevant tax experience with High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals.Private Equity tax experience also relevantBackground in public accounting, ideally from a Big 4 or top 30 firm .CPA license requiredStrong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to develop and mentor junior team members.Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.Why Work Here?
