Job descriptionAssurer le suivi administratif et comptable des activités de certaines filiales (en relation avec les cabinets d’expertise-comptable) Aider au pilotage international : suivi et production des documents d’analyse, des budgets et des reportings / mise en place et optimisation des KPIs opérationnels et financiers du groupe Traiter et analyser les documents transmis (budgets, comptes annuels, tableaux de bord, documents préparatoires aux conseils d’administration et aux assemblées générales, etc.) par les filiales dont il / elle aura en charge le suivi Assurer le suivi analytique des charges ; Mise en place et suivi du budget de trésorerie ; Préparer et suivre les facturations intragroupes ; Coordonner la relation quotidienne avec les prestataires (Experts-comptables, CAC …) Financial Controller avec au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire, de préférence, soit au sein d’une société de capital investissement et / ou au sein d’une holding / d’un family office, soit au sein des équipes Asset Management / Alternatives d’un cabinet d’audit Formation supérieure à dominante comptable et financière (Bac+5, école de commerce, IEP, équivalent universitaire) Capacité à s’épanouir dans une structure à taille humaine, agile, en croissance, à fort esprit entrepreneurial Précis et pertinent dans ses analyses, il / elle aura un esprit de synthèse reconnu et rédigera avec clarté Bonne maitrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel pour la réalisation de modèle financier Très bon niveau d’anglais indispensable (environnement à rayonnement international)

Un Single Family Office agissant en tant que véhicule d’investissement familial, axés sur la création de valeur à long terme sur un large univers d’investissement comprenant le capital-risque (VC), le capital-investissement (PE), les marchés boursiers et l’immobilier recherche son / sa prochain(e) Contrôleur(euse) Financier.
Présentation du poste
En tant que Contrôleur(euse) Financier, vous serez le véritable bras droit du Directeur Financier afin notamment de suivre et d’analyser, pour le compte du véhicule d’investissement familial, mais aussi de ses filiales.
Missions principales
Contrôle Financier
- Enregistrer, suivre et analyser un portefeuille varié d’actifs (actions, obligataires, capital-investissement, immobilier)
- Suivre les investissements avec une vision à long terme en effectuant des analyses de performance, des évaluations des risques et des évaluations de portefeuille
- Participer au suivi et à la gestion de la trésorerie
- Assurer le suivi administratif des activités de la holding
- Gérer les aspects comptables, fiscaux et financier du véhicule d’investissement
- Supervision des audits, de la conformité fiscale et légale
Contrôle de Gestion Financière (des filiales)
