We are looking for an EMEA Tech Consulting Regional Lead to manage and mentor our growing team supporting telco and ISP clients. You'll combine technical expertise with leadership across presales, onboarding, deployment, and post‑sales support, ensuring smooth delivery and long‑term customer success.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a Regional Team, ensuring performance against KPIs.
• Manages local priorities, escalations, resource allocation, and customer outcomes.
• Drive technical strategy in customer engagements - working with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering to tailor solutions.
• Lead customer‑facing technical presentations, RFI / RFP responses, and proofs‑of‑concept.
• Collaborate with customers to assess needs and design integration architectures.
• Oversee and evolve support processes, SLAs, and tooling to ensure fast and effective resolution of customer issues.
• Help shape hiring, onboarding, and development processes for the team.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical cases and high‑priority incidents.
• Track and report on key performance metrics.
• Travel (up to 1x / month) across the EMEA region for key customer meetings and events.
