Job Summary : Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking an experienced NA / CNA to join our team. The role is ideal for someone with experience in a healthcare / medical setting who is committed to providing compassionate care to our elder community.
This is a full-time role with a salary of $18 to $22 per hour, paid weekly. Compensation & Benefits : - Salary Range : $18 to 20 per hour for NA / Up to $22 per hour for CNAs - Paid Weekly Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions Workplace Selection : Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace / Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities : - Assist elderly clients with daily activities, such as dining, bathing, administering medication, exercising, and general housekeeping - Take care of elderly clients' needs while engaging them in social activities - Monitor clients' vital signs and provide appropriate care - Observe, assess, and document clients' physical, mental, emotional, functional, and spiritual condition - Communicate timely and regularly with clients, family, and staff - Report any incidents, changes in condition, or requests promptly - Respect and adhere to clients' personal preferences and lifestyles - Comply with all safety protocols and standards Requirements : - Previous experience in healthcare / medical setting, preferably in caring for the elderly - Must have at least a high school diploma / GED - Must have a valid NA / CNA certification in the State of Hawaii - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Must have current CPR / First-Aid certification Call for more details : 808-207-8558 To schedule an interview, click here : www.
